  1. General

1.1After placing your order you automatically receive a confirmation email.

1.2 When placing an order michaelsshoerepairs.co.uk, you automatically agree with our delivery and payment conditions. Michaels Shoe Repairs reserves the right to change her delivery and/or payment conditions after the expiring of the term.

1.3 On all our offers the below mentioned delivery- and payment conditions apply. The conditions are accessible to everyone and included on the website www.michaelsshoerepairs.co.uk .

1.4 michaelsshoerepairs.co.uk guarantees that the product delivered meets the agreement and the specifications listed in the offer.

 

2. Delivery

2.1The delivery time to an address in the United Kingdom is 2-3 working-days in most cases. If the order hasn't been delivered to you within 30 days, you have the right to cancelyour purchase. This doesn't apply in case we agreed on a different delivery period with you. Any payments made will be refunded to the buyer within 14 days


2.2 Delivery takes place as long as the products are in stock.


2.3 All of the on the website mentioned terms are indicative .


2.4 michaelsshoerepairs.co.uk reserves the right, if wanted, to not supply any goods to retailers.

 

  1. Cancellation of the order


3.1 If you want to cancel your order, you can do this free of charge as long as the order has not been shipped. To cancel an order you have to send us an email. If the order has been shipped, and you still want to cancel it, then you will have to pay the shipping costs for returning the goods to us. We will also charge the shipping costs made to send the order to the customer. It is not possible to return a personalised product. Cancellation of a personalised product is only possible until it is engraved.

4.1 All prices and further statements on this website are subject to misprints. We do not accept responsibility for the consequences of misprints. 

 

  1. Period of approval


5.1 All purchases on our website have an approval period of 14 days.


5.2 After receiving your order you have a period of 14 days in which you can return purchase without a reason. The payment will be refunded within 14 days after receiving the returned package. Any shipping costs made by us will be withheld on the original purchase price of your order.


5.3 The customer has to pay the shipping costs and hold the risk for shipping.


5.4 The item you want to return may not be used or damaged and has to be send back in its original packing.

6.1 An agreement is created between michaelsshoerepairs.co.uk and the customer after michaelsshoerepairs.co.uk  has determined if the requirements can be met.

9.1 All images and data used on our website give a good impression of the products, but if a product differs slightly in any way, this cannot be a reason for cancelation of the agreement.

 

  1. Guarantees
    10.1 All products have a guarantee period of 1 year.


10.2 If a product appears to be faulty within the first week after purchase, this product will be replaced without any charge, provided that we have the product in stock.
